CNC Plasma-Cut Metalwork · Trinidad & Tobago
Your story,

Gates, entrance doors and fencing drawn for your home, then cut from solid steel on our own plasma table.

Most gates are assembled from parts. Ours are drawn first: a lotus, a family name, a forest, the tree outside your window. Then cut from solid steel.
No two are the same, because no two homes are.

Design Your Own
Bring us a drawing.
Or just an idea.
Because every panel is cut from a digital file, the machine doesn't charge by the flourish. Detail here costs a fraction of what it costs in a shop cutting by hand, which is why the design can genuinely be yours: a deity, a family name, a company logo, a favourite tree, a verse that matters to you.
Send a photo, a sketch on paper, or a description. We'll draw it, show you, and cut it once you're happy.
How a design happensSelected project
One property. One design language.
Grass and butterflies along the boundary panels. The same butterflies on the pedestrian gate, above the owners' initials. A tree full of birds across the driveway gate. Drawn as one piece of work, not four separate orders.

How it works
No surprises, start to finish.
- 01
Send your details
Fill in the quote form with your opening, your location and what you have in mind. Photos help.
- 02
Measure & design
We measure the opening and draw your design. You see it before anything is cut.
- 03
Cut & fabricate
Cut on our own CNC plasma table, welded up, then finished in powder coat.
- 04
Install
We fabricate and install. Where masonry work is involved, we assess the opening first and tell you plainly what's needed.
standard work
complex pieces
Counted from the day your gate actually starts on the floor, not from the day you pay.
Avinash won't take a job into the shop until he can give it proper attention. It means the start date you're given is one that holds, instead of a promise that slips while your gate sits in a queue.
Price and payment
The part people are
too polite to ask.
You are being asked to commit a significant sum to something that does not exist yet, made by one workshop. Saying plainly how that works is the least we can do.
What it costs.
Four things move a quote, and nothing else is hiding in it: the size of the opening, the gauge of the steel, how much detail is cut, and the coating you choose.
PLACEHOLDER — awaiting confirmed figures. Most driveway gates fall between TT$[LOW] and TT$[HIGH]. Entry doors from TT$[DOOR]. Fencing is quoted [per foot / per panel].
Whatever the range, the figure you act on is the written one: we quote your actual opening, your actual design, in writing, before anything is agreed.
When you pay, and what for.
PLACEHOLDER — awaiting confirmed terms.
- Deposit: [AMOUNT OR PERCENTAGE]
- Paid at: [quote acceptance / drawing approval / the day the job starts]
- Refundable: [what is refundable, and until when]
- Balance due: [before install / on completion]
- Accepted: [cash / bank transfer / cheque / Linx]
What is already true, and worth saying beside all of that: the lead-time clock starts the day your gate goes on the floor, not the day you pay.
Custom Metalwork
The awkward jobs.
Burglar proofing, interior screens, bin enclosures, one-offs. Small in footprint, high in execution. These are the pieces that take the longest per square foot, and the ones that show what the machine can really do.

We cut for signmakers, fabricators, joiners and décor. Send your file, tell us the material and thickness, and we'll quote the cut. No gate required.
Contract cuttingIn their own words
People who already did this.
Every gate on this site belongs to somebody. These are their words, given with their permission, first name and district only.
[TESTIMONIAL 1 — two or three sentences in the customer's own words. Ideally the one that speaks to the drawing stage: that what arrived matched what was approved.]
[TESTIMONIAL 2 — ideally the one that speaks to the lead time being kept, or to the install going as described.]
[TESTIMONIAL 3 — ideally the one that speaks to the design being genuinely theirs rather than picked from a catalog.]
Placeholder copy. Real quotes replace these before launch — see PRE-DEPLOY-CHECKLIST.md.
Get in touch
Tell us about your opening.
A photo of the gap and a rough width is enough to start. Send the details and we'll come back with ideas and a price, in writing, so you have a record of exactly what was agreed.
Prefer to message? WhatsApp 769-1035. Though for anything involving measurements or a design brief, the quote form keeps everything on record for both of us.
Regional enquiries welcome. Shipping is arranged case by case, and lead times vary with destination. Tell us where you are and we'll come back to you.
